We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator with proposal management & coordination experience. This role will support Cordoba Proposal Pursuit Team: Assist Proposal Manager, Subconsultant Management, Coordinating, InDesign/Graphics support, Internal Schedule, Quality Focus, Technical Writing/Review, Database Management, Support with Proposal Task, Pre-position, Business Development, Tracking-KPIs/RFPs/RFQ, Updates, Research Business Markets, Track Contracts/Win-Loss, Attend Events/Meetings with Sectors (Corporate Services, Energy, Education-Facilities, Water, and Transportation)
You will join our Cordoba Proposal Pursuit Strategy Team, which works collaboratively with all Cordoba Sectors to make our proposals and marketing collateral professional, technically sound, and of the highest quality. Members of the Proposal Pursuit Strategy Team are expected to be self-starters with excellent oral and written communication skills, team players ready to support one another, and have a vested interest in Cordoba’s success. This role will report directly to the Proposal Pursuit Strategy Director.
Salary Range: $32.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Work Environment: Hybrid
Location: Santa Ana or Orange County preferred. Also open to San Diego, Los Angeles, Ontario, or Chatsworth.
