Cordoba Corporation is a leading civil engineering firm based in California. We are growing and looking for talented Construction Managers. The candidate must have outstanding communication skills, construction field management experience and design experience.

• Must have outstanding communication skills, construction field management experience and design experience. 
• Individuals will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction program, as well as individual projects typically ranging from $100K to $250M. 
• The Construction Manager will have complete responsibility for the daily management, reporting, communications, operations, coordination, and general administrative needs of the assigned projects.
• Monday to Friday work schedule, five days per week in-person mandatory.

• 7-15 years’ experience in Public Works projects.
• Civil Engineer or Environmental Engineering background.
• Capable of managing projects from inception to construction to closeout.
• Must be adaptable and flexible
• City of Long Beach experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Parks & Recreation facilities a plus.
• Experience with wetlands and conservation areas a plus.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
