Overview

Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking an Engineer I to support the Facilities Sector.  The selected candidate will join our team of 40+ planners, architects, engineers, and other technical professionals to plan & design our next wave of capital investments, including airfield improvements, terminal improvements, infrastructure improvements, and more. This is a part-time role 20-30 hours per week. 

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a multi-disciplined team of planners, architects, engineers, construction managers, property managers, and other professionals in a collaborative environment.
  • Perform records-research, field investigations, and stakeholder outreach to verify and document existing conditions.
  • Develop high-quality maps, diagrams, drawings, renderings, and other work-products to support the planning, design, operations, and maintenance of airport facilities.
  • Develop tools, templates, and standards to innovate and improve our processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, and/or related field
  • One to Five years of experience.
  • Professional Certifications in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) are highly desirable.

Salary range: $24.00 to $33.65 per hour.

Location: Los Angeles, CA.  This role is 100 percent onsite.
