Overview

Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a BIM Administrator II to support our facilities sector. The selected candidate will join our team of 40+ planners, architects, engineers, and other technical professionals to plan & design our next wave of capital investments, including airfield improvements, terminal improvements, infrastructure improvements, and more. 

Responsibilities

  • Opening and evaluating 3D models in either Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and ACC, Administration of Autodesk BIM360 Design environment, Administration of ACC project environment, field verification of model objects in the form of attribute data, and general file organization and administration.
  • Maintaining digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform.
  • Implementing new BIM tools, select innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks or introduce new plug-ins for existing programs.
  • Ensuring BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project.
  • Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete.
  • Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process.
  • Reviewing and commenting BIM submittals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • One year of experience working with BIM related processes and workflows Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint and Microsoft Office products.CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
  • Familiar with PM/CM functions in construction projects.
  • CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
  • Maybe required to work beyond regular shift hours as needed.
  • Maybe required to work various shifts as needed.
  • This position offers a hybrid/telework schedule. Telework - Monday and Friday. Onsite - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Location: Los Angeles, California.
