Cordoba is looking for an Assistant Project Manager  with experience in management oversight across multiple projects within the program and can manage 3 or more complex programs/projects within a functional area specific to the education industry. The Assistant Program Manager will oversee multiple Education projects and work sites in addition to developing functional manuals to establish procedures that aligns the organizational policy.

• Ability to manage deliverables at all levels of the business structure, from entry-level to executive-level management.
• Exemplary analytical cost management/cost control expertise, including financial modeling and utilization of costing tools; SAP, Excel, and MS Office.  
  Ability to work with several senior project managers.

• Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to interact effectively as a member of a project team.
• Computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions

Salary range $110,000 to $125,000

Location: Los Angeles, CA
