  • Develop and present dashboard reports for senior management, highlighting project health in terms of schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including cost forecasts, schedule changes, and risk mitigation plans.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment between schedule, cost, and scope.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, providing visibility into potential project delays or budget issues and suggesting mitigation strategies.
  • Attend project meetings (e.g., scheduling reviews, financial reviews, progress meetings) and provide status updates and analysis.

Risk and Change Management:

  • Identify project risks related to both schedule and cost and contribute to the development of mitigation plans.
  • Track changes in scope and ensure they are reflected in the cost and schedule forecasts.
