Cordoba Corporation is a leading civil engineering firm based in California specializing in education and facilities, transportation, water, and energy. We are seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to become part of our creative, collaborative, and high-energy team. As an integral part of the Proposal Pursuit Team, you will have the opportunity to market Cordoba’s capabilities, as well as develop best-in-class proposals, presentations, and other materials that help win new projects for Cordoba. Members of the Proposal Pursuit Strategy Team are expected to be self-starters that work collaboratively and have a vested interest in Cordoba’s success. This role will report directly to the Director of the Proposal Pursuit Strategy Team.
BA/BS, AA preferably in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of proposal coordination and writing experience.
Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills.
Project management skills are a plus.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to focus on details and on the big picture.
Organizational and conceptual thinking skills.
Effective decision-making skills.
Time management skills: ability to manage, organize, and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines.
Ability to work independently and on multiple teams
Familiarity with the AEC industry is a plus.
Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour.
Work Environment: Hybrid
Location: Candidate must reside in California. Santa Ana or Orange County preferred. Also open to San Diego, Los Angeles, Ontario, or Chatsworth.
