Overview

Cordoba is looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in management oversight across multiple K-12 projects within the San Francisco Bay area who can assist in managing multiple educational projects simultaneously. The Assistant Program Manager will assist the PM or SPM in overseeing multiple Education projects from project inception through project closeout, including DSA certification.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage deliverables at all levels of the business structure, from entry-level to executive-level management.
  • Exemplary use of analytical cost/schedule management tools, including industry tools; PMIS software, MS Office Suite, MS Project/Primavera P6.  
    Ability to work with several senior project managers.

Qualifications

  • Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to interact effectively as a member of a project team.
  • Computer skills: PMIS software, MS Office Suite, MS Project/Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
  • 100 percent onsite in Northern California Bay area.
  • Salary range $110,000 to $140,000 per year. 
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
