Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are hiring a Project Manager II to support our Facilities Sector. 

• Assists in the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders
• May provide direction and input on projects from the design development stage through construction
• Ensures Designers and Contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements
• Assists in facilitating coordination with other LAWA divisions and regulatory agencies (Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, etc.) as appropriate
• Coordinates messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, PE, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional licensure and/or certifications
• 10 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects
• Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
• Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred

Salary Range: $132,000 to $150,000 per year
