Overview

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a seasoned Chief Program Manager to lead all design and construction activities under its bond-funded capital improvement program. This role is responsible for overseeing project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to safety, budget, schedule, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large-scale public construction programs, particularly within K–12 environments, and demonstrate strong leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all bond-funded design and construction projects.
  • Direct and support project managers and field operations to ensure consistent training, workflow, and quality control.
  • Manage program-wide scheduling and construction sequencing to optimize project delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all projects meet District and Division of the State Architect (DSA) standards for safety, compliance, and performance.
  • Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale K–12 or public construction programs
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (CA License) preferred
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM – CMAA) Certification preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP – PMI) Certification preferred

Salary Range: $190,000 to $230,000 per year

Location: Altadena, CA
Work Environment: Onsite
