Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and program management firm based in California. We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager to lead and elevate Proposal-Pursuits proposal development, and strategic input with capture efforts across all four business sectors including Energy, Water, Transportation, Education-Facilities. The Senior Proposal Manager is responsible for managing highly strategic pursuits, developing winning proposal content, leading teams through the entire pursuit lifecycle: Pre-Capture, Capture, Proposal, Post-Submittal, Execution. In addition to high level strategic discussions on process improvement, mentorship and forward-looking ideas. This position serves as a strategic partner to Sector VPs, Operations, and Business Development staff, and plays a vital role in maintaining Cordoba’s excellence in client service and delivery. This role is central to strengthening Cordoba proposal pursuit discipline, developing best-in-class proposal practices and driving strategic growth in key client markets across California and the Western United States

Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
Work Location: Remote (California residents preferred)
Travel: Up to 10% travel to the Cordoba office locations
