Overview

Cordoba Corporation, a leading engineering and program management firm, is seeking a QA Lead for our Energy Sector for Water Utilities Facilities. The QA Lead will support SCADA Systems for the IT department by ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of SCADA, HMI, telemetry, and automation systems used across water utility operations. This role leads testing, validation, and quality governance for mission‑critical control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create test documentation such as test plans and test reports.
  • Design and execute Test Scenarios and Test Cases and record test progress and results.
  • Plan and support the execution of User Acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with the software developer to enhance and improve programs.
  • Lead software testing among the team, delegate tasks and coordinate efforts.
  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
  • Research and analyze product features being tested.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software testing experience as a QA/QC Lead
  • Extensive experience in software testing and the different testing methodologies required
  • Experience with software implementation such as SCADA or OT or Aspentech required
  • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred
  • Thorough understanding of testing methodologies and test management tools
  • Experience working with automation tools Tosca, NeoLoad, Selenium, etc.
  • Experience with Utilities preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines with limited supervision

 

 Pay Range: $105,000 - $125,000

 

Work Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone required)

 

Visa Sponsorship: Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full-time basis without sponsorship

 

Physical Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-authorized physical including a drug-screening and background check
