Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Director of Client Management to join our Facilities Sector.

• Must possess demonstrated application of comprehensive Project Management processes and principles
• Must be able to proactively assess overall project risks related to scope, schedule and cost impacts and present risk mitigation or resolution options
• Must have strong reasoning ability and analytical skills to examine complex problems and propose innovative solutions

• Must be able to effectively communicate technical issues/concepts to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders
• Possesses and demonstrates strong leadership and strategic planning skills and management practices
• Ability to provide guidance and mentoring support to other Project Management team members
• Utility planning experience preferred. PMP preferred
• Occasional fielding required

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years directly related work experience managing technical and/or civil construction projects.
• Qualifications: Project Management knowledge required. Must possess the ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions. Must be able to build solid business cases/project justifications.
• Education: B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval
• Salary Range: $150,000-$200,400
