Cordoba Corporation is seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to support major transportation and transit programs throughout the Pacific Northwest. Based in Seattle, this position will provide leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of asset management programs, systems, data, and lifecycle strategies for complex transportation infrastructure, including light rail, rail systems, State of Good Repair, transit facilities, and other major capital assets. The Asset Management Manager will work across engineering, operations, maintenance, information technology, finance, procurement, project controls, and capital delivery to establish an integrated approach to managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. This position will support the development and implementation of asset management frameworks, business processes, technology platforms, data standards, performance measures, and investment strategies that enable owners to understand asset condition, performance, risk, lifecycle cost, and future capital needs. The successful candidate will combine transportation asset management knowledge with strong program leadership, enterprise systems, data governance, process improvement, and technology implementation experience and will be able to translate operational and business needs into practical asset management solutions.
